Operation Executive

Main Duties:

  • Manage Cleaning services
  • Manage cleaning team to deliver quality cleaning services to clients as per contract specifications
  • Ensure cleaning team comply with Workplace Health and Safety at all times
  • Schedule and plan work schedule and prepare service reports for submission to management
  • Covering manpower as needed (requires to hands-on cleaning)
  • Recruitment of manpower for projects
  • Resolving all incidents/ issues on site
  • Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule
  • Stock take and allocate consumables, equipment, machinery to project sites
  • Identify and recommend suitable equipment and machinery to improve cleaning operations’ productivity in a cost effect manner
  • Implement maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery
  • Manage consumables to ensure no wastage and within budget

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma and above
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years of experience in related field
  • Team player, good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, responsive and resourceful
  • Computer literate
  • 6 Days work week
