Main Duties:
- Manage Cleaning services
- Manage cleaning team to deliver quality cleaning services to clients as per contract specifications
- Ensure cleaning team comply with Workplace Health and Safety at all times
- Schedule and plan work schedule and prepare service reports for submission to management
- Covering manpower as needed (requires to hands-on cleaning)
- Recruitment of manpower for projects
- Resolving all incidents/ issues on site
- Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule
- Stock take and allocate consumables, equipment, machinery to project sites
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and machinery to improve cleaning operations’ productivity in a cost effect manner
- Implement maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery
- Manage consumables to ensure no wastage and within budget
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma and above
- Preferably with minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Team player, good problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent customer oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, responsive and resourceful
- Computer literate
- 6 Days work week
